2. Shipping: It usually takes around 7 days to ship your order from the date you placed it.

3. Return Policy: All sales are final. We don't give refunds, accept cancellations, or allow exchanges, unless there are some really exceptional circumstances and we decide to make an exception. If we do give a refund, any shipping fees and international duty/taxes can't be refunded. If you have any concerns about your order, please let us know in writing within 15 days of receiving it.

4. Purchase for Personal Use Only: You can buy products from our website only for your personal use, not for resale. By placing an order, you're confirming that you're buying the products for personal use only and not for resale. We reserve the right to refuse any orders, and we don't have to provide an explanation for it.

5. Damages: It's your responsibility to check all items within 15 days of receiving them. If there are any defects or damages, please contact our customer service within 15 days of delivery and provide images and descriptions for our review.

6. Shipping: All domestic and international orders are shipped through DHL, and a signature is required upon delivery. The shipping fees are calculated based on your country and might include additional fees for the weight of your order. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. If your order is lost, stolen, or damaged, you'll have to pay additional shipping and handling fees to have it re-shipped, if available.
